Does CloserCue record both sides of the call — is that allowed?
Yes — CloserCue records and transcribes both the rep and the prospect so it can pace the script, surface objection cards, and score the call. Recording-consent laws vary by state and country (some are one-party, some all-party). You're responsible for obtaining the consent your jurisdiction requires; CloserCue makes it easy to add a disclosure to your call opening.
How is this different from Gong or a call recorder?
Those tools mostly analyze calls after they end. CloserCue works live, in the call — pacing the rep, popping objection cards, and answering off-script questions in the moment — then also records and scores for coaching. Real-time is the difference.
How is this different from AI roleplay / training tools?
Roleplay tools train reps before the call. CloserCue is with the rep during the real call, on the real prospect — guidance when it actually counts, plus scoring afterward.
Will there be lag? Can reps keep up with a live conversation?
CloserCue is built to surface the next line, card, or answer fast enough to be useful mid-conversation. It's a copilot the rep glances at — it never takes over the call or speaks for them.
How accurate are the transcription and the off-script answers?
Off-script answers come from your own account knowledge base, so they're grounded in the content you provide — not invented. Transcription quality depends on your audio; the rep always stays in control and can ignore any suggestion.
Does it work with my dialer / phone setup?
CloserCue is a lightweight Windows desktop app that listens to your call audio, so it works alongside your existing calling workflow rather than replacing your dialer.

What are credits and will I get a surprise bill?
Credits are prepaid — you buy a pack ($10–$200, 1 credit = 1 cent) and AI features (scoring, KB answers) draw from that wallet. You can't be charged for usage you didn't prepay. Seats are the only recurring cost, and adding one always asks you to confirm first.
What happens when I invite a rep beyond my seats?
We show a clear confirmation that you're adding a seat at +$49/mo before charging anything. Approve it and the seat activates immediately.
Is my call data secure?
Your account data is isolated per client account, access is role-gated, and recordings and transcripts are stored against your account only. We describe our data handling in plain language rather than showing certification badges we haven't earned yet.
