- What's a seat?
- One rep who can run CloserCue on their calls. The first seat is included; each additional seat is $49/mo.
- What happens when I invite a rep beyond my seats?
- We show a clear confirmation — "You're adding a seat, +$49/mo" — before anything is charged. Approve it and the seat activates immediately.
- What are credits for?
- AI usage — call scoring and off-script KB answers. 1 credit = 1 cent, prepaid.
- Do I need credits to start?
- No. Start on the subscription and top up credits when you're ready to lean on AI scoring and answers.
- Do credits expire?
- Credits stay in your wallet until you use them. They're debited only as you use AI features.
